Fawn, Coyote, and Trailcam Glow Intervening

I’ve noticed coyotes being spooked by the red glow the trailcams give off when triggered at night. The first video shows a coyote pursuing a fawn, note its plaintive cries. When the fawn runs back past the trailcam the coyote continues its pursuit, but immediately halts and retreats due to the red glow. In the second video the coyote approaches the camera and then retreats, the snorting sound in the background is likely the mother trying to scare the coyote. The final video shows a fawn a few days later with a doe. I can’t say for sure its the same fawn, but there’s a decent chance it is as I’ve seen so few this Spring so far. This last week I’ve had more coyote activity than in the last couple of years.
